( Kuala Lumpur, 29th July 2020 ) Proton will integrate used car sales and distribution business to support new car sales by expanding this division.
Proton started to set up a new second-hand car management department last year. At that time, 8 branches were designated to test the water. This year, it will expand to 36.
Proton said in the statement that the second-hand car business is an important part of the automotive value chain, and this field is usually not fully valued by the industry.
