LUCAORRC： Appointed MR. FAN BULIE as Vice Dean of LUCAORRC (Southeast Asia Branch)
(Kuala Lumpur, 4th February 2021) Malaysia’s first integrated agriculture and fishery diversified teaching centre, Lincoln University College Agrotechnology and Ocean Resources Research Centre (L.U.C.A.O.R.R.C) today announced that its committee officially appointed Mr. Fan Bulie as Lincoln University College Agrotechnology and Ocean Resources Research Centre (Southeast Asia Branch), appointed by Tan Sri Dr. Aixinjueluo Yuhao, Dean of the Lincoln University College Agrotechnology and Ocean Resources Research Centre (L.U.C.A.O.R.R.C) , and the Secretary General Dr. V.Howe Yap issued the appreciation letter to Mr. Fan Bulie, and the appointment takes effect immediately.
According to Tan Sri Dr. Aixinjueluo Yuhao, in the global industrialization competition, the rise of the country's manufacturing industry has caused the agricultural sector to fall behind and contribute to the flames. After long-term inspections and joint research with relevant international institutions, in order to respond to the development of Southeast Asian governments in related areas, and to assist in accelerating the development of agriculture in Southeast Asian countries, economic efficiency and increasing employment opportunities for young people, therefore Lincoln University College Agrotechnology and Ocean Resources Research Centre (L.U.C.A.O.R.R.C) was established.
In addition, the dean is also very grateful to Mr. Fan Bulie for providing RM50,000 to the research center as a science and technology research fund to support the research center in various basic research, scientific research equipment, etc. Especially for the upcoming new project, Lincoln University College ( L.U.C ) Agriculture Research Centre to play a more important role, and increase the possibility of unlimited development. The agricultural research base will focus on the frontier exploration and application transformation of urban agriculture according to the main technical requirements of urban agriculture, and actively participate in the main battlefield of modern urban agricultural construction. The Lincoln Agricultural Research Base integrates the creation of recreational landscapes, the improvement of farm technology, the establishment of crop production standards/production technology and the selection of varieties. The construction of the agricultural innovation base is inseparable from the support of agricultural technology. Lincoln University College Agrotechnology and Ocean Resources Research Centre (L.U.C.A.O.R.R.C) has rich scientific technology and human resources, so it will open up new heights of agricultural project cooperation, and achieve mutual integration, mutual promotion, complementation and sharing.
This research fund has played an icing on the cake for the construction of the research center, the improvement of new teaching conditions, the introduction of high-end talents and the improvement of the level of technological innovation. Important signs and heavy expectations were left on the journey, encouraging relevant research students to work hard and continuously climb new heights.
(吉隆坡2021年2月4日讯) 马来西亚首间融合农业和渔业多元化教学基地——林肯大学海洋资源及农业科技研究院（LUCAORRC）今天宣布其委员正式委任范部列先生为过林肯大学海洋资源及农业科技研究院（LUCAORRC）副院长，由林肯大学海洋资源及农业科技研究院（LUCAORRC）院长丹斯里 爱新觉罗毓昊 博士现场颁发委任证书和秘书长叶于豪博士颁发委任及感谢信予范部列先生，任命即时生效。
据院长丹斯里 爱新觉罗毓昊 博士表示，在全球工业化竞赛中，国家的制造业兴起导致农业部门落后并推波助澜。经过长期检查和与有关国际机构的联合研究，为了响应东南亚各国政府在有关方面的发展，并以协助加快农业发展东南亚各国的经济效率和增加年轻人就业机会，因此建立了林肯大学海洋资源及农业科技研究院（LUCAORRC）。
此外，院长也十分感谢范部列先生提供RM50,000给研究中心为科技研究基金，支持研究中心在有关方面各项基础研究 、 科研仪器设备等。尤其是为即将施行的新项目——林肯农业研究基地发展计划发挥更为重要的作用，并增添了无限发展的可能性。该农业研究基地将根据城市农业的主要技术需求，着重于城市农业的前沿探索和应用转化，并积极参与现代城市农业建设的主战场。林肯农业研究基地综合了休闲景观的创建，农场技术的改进，农作物生产标准的建立/生产技术以及品种的选择。农业创新基地的建设离不开农业技术的支持。林肯大学海洋资源及农业科技研究院（LUCAORRC）拥有丰富的科学技术和人力资源，因此必将开辟农业项目合作的新高地，并实现相互融合，相互促进，互补和共享。
此研究基金都对研究中心的建设、新教学条件改善、高端人才引进和科技创新水平提升发挥了锦上添花作用，为学业界留下巨大贡献，将在迈向东南亚一流海洋资源及农业科技研究院的路程上留下重要标志和厚重期盼，激励相关方面研究学员发愤图强，不断攀登新的高峰。
