( Bogota, 16th August 2020 ) In the current COVID-19 pandemic, the first contact-free fast food restaurant in the Colombian capital Bogota has emerged. The customer orders and pays in a self-service manner in the store. The clerk prepares the food order and puts it in the "storage cabinet" at the counter, and the customer takes the food from the other end.
Fast food restaurant operators said that they plan to transform all their stores into automated, contact-free operations when the authorities still prohibit dine-in.
